Simone and Josh got married on sweltering summer day in beautiful Rosedale last year. Under a canopy of tall old trees in Simone’s parent’s Rosedale garden, her family of musicians filled the air with song and the ceremony took place with an intimate group of family and friends in a sound bath that was so serene and beautiful, it seemed a little unreal!
As with every bride, I always recommend vendors and Simone mentioned she needed help with flowers but didn’t need a ton of over the top buds. As with makeup, any opportunity to express with colour is one I jump on, and this was no exception. Simone and I had similar taste and it was so much fun helping her choose flowers at the height of the summer season, when everything was in bloom.
