Marie-Eve and i met through another bride Amanda, whose wedding makeup I had done the year before in the Eastern Townships. Marie-Eve and her husband Mike got married on a vineyard in the peaceful Eastern township of Farnham, Quebec, on a gloriously sunny summer day.
The bride and her party had the artists' studio of a big old bed and breakfast to get ready in, and the sun dappled light along with a babbilng brook right outside the window that wound it's way down the hill near to the house, lent the place a light joyful atmosphere and set the stage for our fun morning together.
After getting the gorgeous bride and her party ready, my hairstylist and I drove back and stopped to take some photos of the hot-air balloon festival and to visit a local garlic farm, who lured us with the sign promising fresh corn by the side of the road. It was truly a magical day and the photos by photographer Davina Kudish, reflect the peaceful and happy couple's day so perfectly.
