Maya Goldenberg was born and raised in Montreal where from an early age she displayed a flair for the dramatic. Her love and ongoing involvement in theatre, music and the visual arts, continues to inform her make-up artistry today.
Her innovative and stylish approach along with her humor and understanding of the creative process has allowed her to collaborate with a wide range of clients, photographers and celebrities.
Maya has worked in New York, Toronto and Montreal for fashion shows, editorial, celebrity portraiture, bridal and commercial work.
She is presently a freelance Dior stylist and has in the past worked for Yves Saint Laurent, NARS, Laura Mercier and MAC.
She continues to design make-up and hair looks for film, opera and online vignettes and her work has appeared in Naked Eye, Clin d’Oeil, Eye Candy the Volumes and Kill Magazine among others.
Clients include: Aldo, actor Rachelle Lefevre, Speedo and Le Grenier.
Maya is currently based in Montreal.
